Based on the rights of all individuals of the world to have freedom to use technology and have free access to it at will, we demand that countries were digital rights are not extended to the country’s majority be extended upon them.

Countries like China, Vietnam, North Korea and Cuba to name a few, their citizens don’t have digital rights. These citizens need digital rights to have internet freedom to roam and have a better internet surfing experience.

Having a basic Bill of Rights for these citizens will ensure their rights are not violated and it will be like as firm anchor of order and lawfulness regarding digital rights to all. At the moment these citizens have no digital rights leaving them less informed in certain information on the internet, having digital rights will encourage them to be more digital and informed. Digital rights offered to the citizens will lead to development. Digital rights come with their responsibilities which encourages citizens to use with caution. It is unreasonable to not give citizens digital rights.

Having digital rights will help citizens access other opportunities the digital world has to offer, allowing them the opportunity to develop and tap into other fields of development and growth.

All citizens of all nations should be given the right to use technology and have access to it but they should be aware of how they use it and what they use it for (Digital rights and Responsibility).
